Monster Cookie Peanut Butter Banana Bread

I’ve made so many variations of this protein nut butter banana bread over the last year. I tweak the ingredients slightly each time… and they always turn out great!

Here is a lemon blueberry version.

A birthday cake version.

A smores version.

The one that “started it all” OG original.

And now finally the NEWEST edition: Monster Cookie!

These can ALL be made into either mini banana bread loafs or muffins.

Monster Cookie flavor ๐Ÿ˜ƒ โฃ โฃ Oh boy did they look like true monsters the second dayโ€”all the color leeches out of the m&ms so they look like zombie muffins. Best to take pictures the first day ๐Ÿ˜‰โฃ โฃ I made both a mini loaf & muffins to show that both are possible. Preheat oven to 350 โฃ 2. Mash your bananaโฃ 3. Add the wet ingredients, then your dry, mix together. โฃ 4. Add your mini m&ms here & reserve some for toppings.โฃ 5.Put into a sprayed muffin tin. PRO TIP: Cut circles out of parchment paper & place those at the bottom of each tin to prevent the muffins from stickingโฃ 6. Bake for ~20-25 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean!โฃ 7. Store in the fridge. โฃ โฃ Now tell me… would you rather eat the whole mini loaf or have them in muffin form?? ๐Ÿค”
