Birthday Cake Protein Banana Bread

So of course i had to create a birthday cake version of the personal PB banana bread loaf! Ive made these with three different types of cake batter flavored peanut/almond butter spreads and while they ALL tasted DELICIOUS- Star berry blast from @official_allamericanbutter is the winner!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 large banana (60g)

  • 20g Star Berry Blast @official_allamericanbutter

  • 30ml egg whites

  • 1 tbsp (7g) coconut flour

  • 10g @pescience Cake Pop Protein Powder

  • 5g cake flour

  • 2g or 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • Cake batter extract (found it next to the vanilla in the baking aisle)

  • Optional White chocolate ships

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mash your banana
  • Add wet ingredients, then your dry, mix together
  • Put in a sprayed, mini loaf pan
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until an insterted toothpick comes out clean!

Notes

  • I think this tastes BEST the day after baking. And definitely add white chocolate chips if you have the macros
