So of course i had to create a birthday cake version of the personal PB banana bread loaf! Ive made these with three different types of cake batter flavored peanut/almond butter spreads and while they ALL tasted DELICIOUS- Star berry blast from @official_allamericanbutter is the winner!
Birthday Cake Protein Banana Bread

1/2 large banana (60g)
20g Star Berry Blast @official_allamericanbutter
30ml egg whites
1 tbsp (7g) coconut flour
10g @pescience Cake Pop Protein Powder
5g cake flour
2g or 1/2 tsp baking powder
Cake batter extract (found it next to the vanilla in the baking aisle)
Optional White chocolate ships
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mash your banana
- Add wet ingredients, then your dry, mix together
- Put in a sprayed, mini loaf pan
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until an insterted toothpick comes out clean!
Notes
- I think this tastes BEST the day after baking. And definitely add white chocolate chips if you have the macros
