Korean Bulgolgi Beef Bowls

🍚Korean Bulgolgi Beef Meal Prep 🍚 . I posted the original recipe awhile ago, but these bowls deserve to be brought back because this meal prep comes together SO fast and is legit my FAVORITE meal prep. 😍The bulgolgi flavors are what make the bowl. AND the only things in the kitchen you need to do are cook the rice, boil the eggs, and cook the ground beef. 🙌🏻It’s a foolproof way to meal prep something SUPER TASTY if you think you cooking skills are lacking. 😂 . Nutrition: 385 calories (32.3P/7.2F/43.6C) . 🔶Ingredients: -1lb 96/4 ground beef -4.5 tbsp Korean Bulgolgi Sauce & Marinade (swipe for the picture of the one I used) -2 cups rice (or 400g) -2 eggs -4oz matchstick carrots -4 servings frozen broccoli -sriracha . 👩🏼‍🍳Instructions: 1. If you have the foresight, marinate your ground beef overnight. Put your bulgogi beef sauce in with your raw ground beef, mix it up, and then stick in the fridge until you’re ready to cook. 2. Cook your rice. 1 cup of dry rice will make just over the amount we need. 3. Hard-boil your eggs. 4. Cook your marinated ground beef in a pan. 5. Assembly time! I measured out my rice first (about 1/2 cup per container) then separated my beef into 4 equal servings. 6. PUT IN YOUR FROZEN BROCCOLI. YES FROZEN. 😱Frozen veggies are just as healthy, if not healthier since they’re frozen at peak freshness & since this is a meal prep they will cook when you heat everything up in the microwave.💁🏼‍♀️ 7. Put your matchstick carrots in. Same concept as the broccoli, no need to cook. 8. Peel your eggs (my least favorite part tbh) & put one half in each bowl. 9. Drizzle with sriracha & voila! 🤩 . Notes: ❓need more carbs❓ -add more rice ❓need LESS carbs ❓ -replace with frozen cauli rice ❓need more protein❓ -use more beef/more eggs . . . #mealprep #tastymealprep #easymealprep #iifym #girlswholift #ifitfitsyourmacros #bodybuilding #bodybuildingwomen#bodybuildingrecipes #fitfam #mealprepsunday #healthyrecipes #healthyrecipeideas #highprotein #lowfat #eatingfortheinsta #lunchideas #macrocounting #weeklymealprep
