๐Ÿฅ™๐— ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—›๐—ฎ๐—บ & ๐—ฉ๐—ฒ๐—ด๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ฒ ๐—•๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ธ๐—ณ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—–๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ต ๐—ช๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฝ๐Ÿฅ™โฃ โฃ Really I should just call this a โ€œkitchen sinkโ€ crunch wrap, because I added whatever ingredients I thought would be good from my parentsโ€™ kitchen & I wanted to use my peppers & mushrooms! ๐Ÿ„ My dad grows fresh herbs as a hobby so I even went out to the garden & snagged some fresh rosemary ๐Ÿคคโฃ โฃ Iโ€™ve been using @cutdacarb now, ever since I weighed a Josephโ€™s wrap and found out that some were randomly 30g over the serving size while some were under sized! ๐Ÿ˜ฑBut hey, cutdacarb has even better macros! If youโ€™re a friend who has a code for them, drop them in the comments below so people can use yours! โฌ‡๏ธโฌ‡๏ธโฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ”ธ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜€ for the wrap : 360 cals (34.9P/10.8F/26.8C)โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ”ธ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:โฃ โ€”1 @cutdacarb or Josephโ€™s Lavash Wrapโฃ โ€”1 laughing cow lite Swiss cheeseโฃ โ€”Rosemary (fresh preferable)โฃ โ€”60g Deli Sliced Hamโฃ โ€”Hummus (I used a mediterranean olive flavor)โฃ โ€”80g egg whitesโฃ โ€”15g light mozzarella shredded cheese โฃ โ€”50g diced bell pepperโฃ โ€”3oz baby Bella mushroomsโฃ โ€”other seasonings: salt, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:โฃ 1. In the smallest pan you have, cook your egg whites (you want them to be a small circular shape to fit in your crunch wrap) I usually sprinkle the egg whites with garlic powder/salt, then cover the pan while they cook.โฃ 2. Cook your mushrooms/bell pepper. I cooked them separately, but you could cook them together. Season them here! โฃ 3. Lay out your wrap. Spread the laughing cow cheese in a circle in the middle โฃ 4. Lay your ham on top of the cheese & sprinkle with rosemary. โฃ 5. Place your egg white circle on top of the ham then top with hummus, peppers, mozzarella, & mushrooms. โฃ 6. Carefully fold up your wrap, then spray with oil & place into the air fryer seam side down. I was at my parents sans air fryer, so I put the wrap onto a hot pan & flipped it after it was brown & sealed on one side. โฃ 7. Cook until golden brown on both sides. ~5 minutes in the air fryer. โฃ 8. Cut in half & enjoy! โฃ
