If youโre a friend who has a code for them, drop them in the comments below so people can use yours! โฌ๏ธโฌ๏ธโฃ โฃ ๐ธ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ for the wrap : 360 cals (34.9P/10.8F/26.8C)โฃ โฃ ๐ธ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:โฃ โ1 @cutdacarb or Josephโs Lavash Wrapโฃ โ1 laughing cow lite Swiss cheeseโฃ โRosemary (fresh preferable)โฃ โ60g Deli Sliced Hamโฃ โHummus (I used a mediterranean olive flavor)โฃ โ80g egg whitesโฃ โ15g light mozzarella shredded cheese โฃ โ50g diced bell pepperโฃ โ3oz baby Bella mushroomsโฃ โother seasonings: salt, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.โฃ โฃ ๐ฉ๐ผโ๐ณ๐๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐:โฃ 1. In the smallest pan you have, cook your egg whites (you want them to be a small circular shape to fit in your crunch wrap) I usually sprinkle the egg whites with garlic powder/salt, then cover the pan while they cook.โฃ 2. Cook your mushrooms/bell pepper. I cooked them separately, but you could cook them together. Season them here! โฃ 3. Lay out your wrap. Spread the laughing cow cheese in a circle in the middle โฃ 4. Lay your ham on top of the cheese & sprinkle with rosemary. โฃ 5. Place your egg white circle on top of the ham then top with hummus, peppers, mozzarella, & mushrooms. โฃ 6. Carefully fold up your wrap, then spray with oil & place into the air fryer seam side down. I was at my parents sans air fryer, so I put the wrap onto a hot pan & flipped it after it was brown & sealed on one side. โฃ 7. Cook until golden brown on both sides. ~5 minutes in the air fryer. โฃ 8.
