ADDICTIVE 😱 thats what this recipe is! Unsurprisingly since it contains cake mix, it tastes exactly like birthday cake. I put these into a fudge bar format but honestly you can eat it straight after following the directions to heat the flour! I also have a feeling that assign more protein wouldn’t change up the recipe to much, so next time I’ll experiment with more

1/2 package pillsbury sugar free yellow cake mix (about 250g)
80g vanilla protein powder
28g light canola butter
150ml of almond milk
4tsp sprinkles
Directions
- Pour your plain cake mix into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1.5 minutes stirring at 15 sec intervals. Let cool completely this will kill any bacteria still potentially living in the flour
- Add your protein powder
- Then add your wet ingredients, itll end up being very thick
- Once mixed together add your sprinkles, receiving some for decoration
- Line an 8×8 pan with wax paper and press batter into the pan and smooth out
- Top with remaining sprinkles
- Place in the fridge for a few hours and then enjoy
