Basically disappears. ๐Ÿ˜ฐAka youโ€™re adding all of those calories to your French toastโ€ฆ for what, flavor that you could otherwise add with spices/extracts? ๐Ÿค”ORโ€ฆ you could serve your French toast up with a side omelette or eggs for the same amount of protein, but MORE actual food to eat. ๐Ÿคฉโฃโฃ โฃโฃ Sometimes Iโ€™ll make two slices, sometimes 3, sometimes just 1. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธThe second picture is 3 slices topped with @flavoredpbco blueberry cobbler peanut butter powder. โฃโฃ โฃโฃ ๐Ÿ”บ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜€ ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ 2 ๐˜€๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜ 104cals (6.6P/.9F/19.6C)โฃโฃ โฃโฃ ๐Ÿ”บ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€โฃโฃ โ€”2 slices of bread (I used Natureโ€™s Own 40 calorie Honey Wheat)โฃโฃ โ€”40mL Almond Milk (or any milk you want, but macros are for almond milk)โฃโฃ โ€”40g egg whites โฃโฃ โ€” 20g Walden Farms Sugar Free Pancake Syrup (or any other sugar-free pancake syrup or sweetener)โฃโฃ โ€”cinnamon (optional) โฃโฃ โฃโฃ ๐Ÿฅœ๐—ง๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—œ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜€:โฃโฃ โ€”Swerve powdered sugarโฃโฃ โ€”more pancake syrupโฃโฃ โ€”bloobsโฃโฃ โ€”nut butterโฃโฃ โ€”powdered nut butter (my favorite is the blueberry cobbler @flavoredpbco ) โฃโฃ โฃโฃ ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:โฃโฃ 1. Combine milk, egg whites, pancake syrup, and cinnamon in a bowlโฃโฃ 2. Heat a large panโฃโฃ 3. Soak each slice of bread in the mixtureโฃโฃ 4. Spray the pan & fry up your French toast bread until itโ€™s browned on both sidesโฃโฃ 5. Serve with whatever toppings your heart desires + a side of extra protein like eggs for a โ€œcompleteโ€ breakfastโฃโฃ โฃโฃ โฃโฃ A good rule of thumb is about 50g liquid PER slice of bread. You can make as many slices of French toast as you want. ๐Ÿ˜‹โฃโฃ โฃ How do you make your own French toast??
