Whataburger is pretty much the epitome of a fast-food hangover meal in Texas. ๐ŸคคThe sausage egg & cheese taquito is always my go toโ€ฆ well TWO of them because 1 is super tiny. ๐ŸคชBUT 1 single whataburger taquito has 450 cals 19P/28F/28C. This version Iโ€™ve created has more double the protein and less than half of the fats and is JUST as drippy & delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹ . ๐Ÿ”บ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜€ 418cals/50P/13F/24C . ๐Ÿ”บ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€ โ€”1 Josephโ€™s Lavash wrap. โ€”2 oz Hot Turkey Sausage (I used HEB brand) โ€”6oz egg whites โ€”25g Velvet Mexican Shreds โ€”15g Tostitos Medium Salsa Con Queso โ€”1 whataburger Picante sauce packet (Or other salsa) . ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€: 1. Preheat oven to 450 2. Cook your turkey sausage in a pan. 3. Add your egg whites to the pan & scramble them. Add half of your cheese & stir 4. While the eggs are cooking, lay out your lavash & spread the queso onto the lavash on one side 5. Then carefully put your scrambled egg white mixture on top of the lavash, keeping it in one area. 6. Fold the ends in & then wrap it up like a burrito, spray with cooking spray & place on a baking sheet in the oven for 10-12 minutes๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป 7.
