BBQ pulled pork is the new grilled chicken if you haven’t heard💁🏻♀️ its tastier and can be combined in just as many different ways! PLUS you just get to toss it in the crock pot and walk away for a few hours! THis has been a meal prep on repeat for me!
BBQ Pulled Pork & Sweet Potato Meal Prep

2lbs pulled pork
2tsp garlic powder
2tsp chili powder
2tsp paprika
2tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 sweet potatoes, pulled and chopped into large cubes
31g @pescience snickerdoodle protein powder
Cinnamon
Stevia or skinny syrups to taste
Frozen broccoli
30g GHughes sugar free BBQ sauce
280g canned pumpkin
Directions
- Mix all the pork spices together (everything except the cinnamon)
- Cut pork tenderloin into large chunks and place in the crock pot add a cup of water
- Pour spices on top and stir so that the pork is evenly coated
- Cook on high 3-4 hours or until you can easily shred it
- Place your peeled/chopped sweet potato into boiling water
- Let boil about 20 minutes r until the potato is soft and mushy
- Using a mixer blend the sweet potato together with pumpkin, protein, more cinnamon and sweetener to taste
- Divide into containers mixing the BBQ sauce with the pork and then placing the frozen broccoli in each container, this will cook when you reheat it
