HELLO easy fall/thanksgiving inspired side dish with ALL the micronutrients.
Basically we’re blending sweet potato & pumpkin together.
If you’re skeptical of adding pumpkin to the mix… you can’t taste it!
And pumpkin is a low calorie high volume food which will allow you to eat a bigger portion of this mashed sweet potato mixture if you’re dieting on lower macros.
If you split this into 4 massive servings here is the nutrition info:
154 calories 7.9 protein .8 fat & 29.2 carbs
My favorite way to pair this is with some pulled pork tenderloin and some veggies:

You can find the recipe for the pulled pork here.
You can also add a scoop of protein powder or two to this recipe if you choose. It’s not mandatory, but if you have a hard time hitting your protein goal this would be a handy way to increase it!
I think any kind of cinnamon flavored protein would be perfect here–I always end up using PE Science these days, especially now that I *finally* (after months and months of begging) have a discount code for them.
