The Clafoutis, to me, is the quintessential French countryside dessert. ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท You can add whatever fresh fruit you want & it results in a wonderfully light dessert, served warm & usually with cream (but not for our purposes!!) I used mini springform pans to make 4 single serving clafoutis. You could always use a normal sized dish & cut into 4ths! ๐Ÿค— . ๐Ÿ”บ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜€ with 70g raspberries each (158cals/13P/5F/17C) . ๐Ÿ”บ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜€ with 50g blueberries each (151cals/12P/4F/16C) . ๐Ÿ”บ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€ โ€”2 eggs โ€”.5 cup low fat ricotta โ€”1/2 cup non-fat milk โ€”1/2 cup stevia โ€”1 tsp Vanilla Extract โ€”1/4 cup flour โ€”15g vanilla protein powder (I use half whey half casein) โ€”Fresh fruit of your choice! 50g of blueberries filled the bottom of 1 tin & 70g of raspberries filled another. Iโ€™d like to try it with cherries & apricots next time! โ€”Swerve powdered sugar (for dusting) . ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€: 1. Preheat oven to 425 2. Prepare your mini springform pans (or one large, deep pie dish) by spraying it & then lining the bottom with the fresh fruit. 3. Throw all the ingredients into a blender (except the fruit & powdered sugar) & mix. 4. Divide among the 4 pans evenly, pouring the batter over each one. 5. Bake for ~30 minutes or until the tops have started to turn a golden brown. 6. Let cool for 10-20 minutes & then dust with Swerve powdered sugar before serving. . ๐Ÿค“๐— ๐˜† ๐˜๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ด๐—ต๐˜๐˜€: โ€”This would probably be delicious with pancake syrup. ๐Ÿค” โ€”I canโ€™t believe this cake is so low cal. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ โ€”my โ€œmacro-ignorantโ€ family liked them๐Ÿคฉ โ€”this iPhone 11 Pro is SUCH a jump in picture quality ๐Ÿ˜ต .
