Turkey Bacon Jam Crunch Wrap Burger

It came out so well, the burger didnโ€™t even need any other toppings (aside from cheese because cheese is life ๐Ÿ˜‰)โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ”บ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜€ ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฏ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—ฟ (324cals/33.3P/9.5F/22.2C)โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ”บ๐—๐—ฎ๐—บ ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€โฃ โ€”28g Oscar Meyer Turkey Bacon Bits (I had these in my pantry, you can use real turkey bacon & crumble it up if you want)โฃ โ€”35g diced onion (use more or less if you prefer)โฃ โ€”10g Splenda Brown Sugar Blendโฃ โ€”60mL (1/4 cup) brewed coffeeโฃ โ€”15mL (1 tbsp) white wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar) โฃ โ€”30g walden farmโ€™s pancake syrup โฃ Makes 2 servings. ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜€ ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ 1 ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด: 74 cals (4.3P/3F/7.2C)โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ๐—๐—ฎ๐—บ ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:โฃ 1. In a sprayed pan, sautรฉ the onion for 3-5 minutes. โฃ 2. Add in all the other ingredients, boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly, then let simmer on low heat until all of the liquid has been absorbed. โฃ 3. OPTIONAL: Everything I read about bacon jam said you needed to puree it in a food processor. This doesnโ€™t make that much jam so I put it in a small cup, then used my immersion blender to break it up a bit, but Iโ€™ll probably skip this step next time. โฃ 4. Place in the fridge until you use it. โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ”บ๐—•๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€โฃ โ€”1 @cutdacarb wrap (OR a store bought LARGE tortilla)โฃ โ€”1 laughing cow lite Swiss cheeses โฃ โ€” 4oz 96/4 ground beef โฃ โ€” everything but the bagel seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, saltโฃ โ€” 1 serving of turkey bacon jam. โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ๐—•๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:โฃ 1. Heat a pan on the stoveโฃ 3. Season your raw beef with the seasonings listed above, form a patty, then place on the sprayed hot panโฃ 4. After a minute or two (and the patty has developed color on 1 side) flip, then place a lid over the pan and let cook through for a few more minutes. โฃ 5. Assemble the crunch wrap by spreading the cheese out in a small circle, then topping with the bacon jam, then finally placing the burger patty on top of that. โฃ 6. Wrap up, then spray & sear both sides until brown on a hot pan. (Or air fry!) โฃ
