🍪 MINI DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PROTEIN COOKIES 🍪 . When @laurenfitfoodie posted her mini snickerdoodle cookie recipe the other day I just KNEW I had to adapt it for the chocolate flavor. 😱Go look on her page for the original recipe (and honestly all the best cookie/dessert ideas ever) These mini cookies are only 37 calories each whattt?? So you *could* eat the entire batch in one sitting… 😅😋 . 🔶Macros per cookie: 37 cals (3.4P/1.4F/3.7C) (I got 12 cookies out of this batch) . 🔶Macros for the WHOLE BATCH 444 cals (40.8P/16.8F/44.4C) . 🔶Ingredients: -40g chocolate protein (I used 20g whey & 20g casein because I find the blend works best!) -10g Hershey’s special dark cocoa powder -10g cake flour -10g coconut flour -1 tsp baking powder -optional dash of cinnamon -100g pumpkin -46g egg whites -30g almond milk -16g light canola butter -1 tsp vanilla extract -14g lily’s sugar free chocolate chips . 👩🏼‍🍳Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 3. Mix the dry ingredients together & mix your wet together. Then add the dry to the wet. 4. Place parchment paper down on a cookie sheet & then place the dough on the sheet. You’ll need to use the spoon to spread them out into cookie form since they don’t spread that much while baking 5. Bake for 10-12 minutes 6.
