Itโ€™s crazy how a little lemon zest can make flavors explode in a treat. ๐Ÿค“ These mini banana bread loafs are my favorite things to make since I like being able to eat the whole thing, rather than just a tiny slice! . ๐Ÿงก๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜€ ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐˜„๐—ต๐—ผ๐—น๐—ฒ ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐—ณ: 266 cals (17.8P/9.7F/27.9C) . ๐ŸŒ ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€: โ€”1/2 of a large banana (60g) โ€”20g Blueberry Muffin Almond Butter from @official_allamericanbutter โ€”30ml egg whites โ€”1/2 tsp vanilla extract โ€”1 tbsp (7g) coconut flour โ€”10g @pescience Cake pop protein powder (any whey/casein blend will work here!) โ€”5g cake flour โ€”2g or 1/2 tsp baking powder โ€”3g lemon zest (this was about 1/2 a lemon worth of zest) โ€”squeeze of lemon juice โ€”15-20g frozen blueberries . ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€: 1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Mash your banana & zest the lemon 3. Add the wet ingredients, then your dry, mix together 4. Put into a sprayed, mini loaf pan 5.
