Ham, Pesto, & Swiss Breakfast Crunch Wrap

I made a panini version of this a few weeks back, but I found myself wanting to eat this, but needing more protein, so I turned it into a crunch wrap๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ I honestly canโ€™t decide which one I like more! Which one would you choose? Wrap or panini? . ๐Ÿ”บ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜€ (447cals/52.5P/16F/22.2C) . ๐Ÿ”บ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€ โ€”1 Josephโ€™s Lavash wrap. โ€”80mL egg whites โ€”2 laughing cow light Swiss cheeses โ€”120g Black Forest sliced ham โ€”15g pesto โ€”15g fat free mozzarella . ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€: 1. Preheat oven to 450 2. Cook your egg whites in a small pan. I like to sprinkle Italian spices on top & then cover with a lid so they cook evenly into a perfect pancake shape. 3. Spread out one of the Swiss cheese triangles in a circular form on the lavash wrap 4. Top with pesto 5. Then add your cooked egg white pancake, ham, remaining Swiss cheese (I cut it up so itโ€™s distributed evenly) & fat free mozzarella 6.
