Korean Bulgogi Beef & Kimchi Lettuce Wraps

Who remembers lettuce wraps??

Not me up until the other week!

But holy yum are these a flavor bomb that are PERFECT for my super low carb days in prep right now.

And if you hate kimchi, just leave it out!

Marinate the ground beef in the bulgogi marinade for a few hoursโฃ 2. Cook the beef up in a panโฃ 3. Combine the fat free mayo with the sriracha โฃ 4. Assemble your lettuce wraps! โฃ 5.
