I got my hands on @officialallamericanbutter Gimme Sโ€™mores almond butter & oh em gee is it addictive! So I decided to make a smores version of my personal size protein banana bread๐Ÿค“ This is a SINGLE SERVING recipe. Eat the whole thingโ€”enjoy it!! ๐Ÿ˜ . Alas, if you did NOT get to grab a jar of this limited edition almond butter I think any chocolate flavored nut butter would work well here! . ๐Ÿงก๐™ˆ๐™–๐™˜๐™ง๐™ค๐™จ: 285 cals (20.1P/11.3F/28.5C) . ๐ŸŒ ๐™„๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™ง๐™š๐™™๐™ž๐™š๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™จ: โ€”1/2 of a large banana (60g) โ€”20g Gimme Sโ€™mores @official_allamericanbutter โ€”30ml egg whites โ€”1 tbsp (7g) coconut flour โ€”10g Chocolate Protein Powder (I always use blends while baking so I ended up doing 5g chocolate whey & 5g chocolate casein) โ€”5g cake flour โ€”2g or 1/2 tsp baking powder โ€”2g black cocoa powder โ€”optional white chocolate chips . ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ๐™„๐™ฃ๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™ง๐™ช๐™˜๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™จ: 1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Mash your banana 3. Add the wet ingredients, then your dry, mix together 4. Put into a sprayed, mini loaf pan 5.
