🍕 MINI PESTO PIZZAS 🍕 . The secret to these mini pizzas is cutting one Joseph’s pita in HALF. 😱Yes, that makes for a super thin crust, but then you get double the surface area for your pizzas! I’ve been craving pesto ALLL week long & this recipe was the perfect invention to help with that. I use a pesto from Sam’s Club—I have no idea if its the most macro friendly, it’s just the pesto that’s in the fridge and I know I like it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ . ➡️Swipe to see the MFP breakdown as well as the exact macros for the pesto I use!➡️ . 🧡Macros for BOTH PIZZAS: 344 cals (32.5P/15.6F/10.1C) . 💚Ingredients: —1 Joseph’s pita, split lengthwise (can be found at Walmart or ordered on amazon) —30g pesto —85g frozen grilled chicken breast —30g fat free mozzarella —Italian spices for topping . 👩🏼‍🍳Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 450 2. Split the pita length wise. I make a small poke/cut in the edge with a knife and then use my hands to split it the rest of the way. 3. Place parchment paper down on a baking sheet & place your pitas on top. 4. Spread out 15g pesto on each pita 5. Heat up pre-cooked frozen chicken in the microwave (60-90 seconds) & then place on top of the pizza 6. Top with FF mozzarella 7. Place in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese melts and the edges of the pita start to brown/crisp up 8. Top with Italian spices & serve with a side of veggies 🥦 . . .
