Single Serving HealthIER Brownie

SINGLE SERVING “HEALTHier” BROWNIE . So protein brownies are nice and all… but I’ve made probably a dozen variations of them over the years and they never quite capture the real brownie taste and dense texture. 😭This recipe is made with Pillsbury’s sugar free brownie mix & I tweaked the recipe to avoid using all the oil it calls for. This bowl contains the “mix” equivalent of THREE brownies all for UNDER 350 cals. 😱 . There is no added protein. It is not “low carb.” But it is a REAL BROWNIE. And a BIG one. 😈😈😈 . 🔶Macros 336 cals (7.2P/11F/72.8C) . 🔶Ingredients: —87 grams sugar free brownie mix —20g nonfat greek yogurt —20g egg whites —5g coconut oil —optional 1 piece of lily’s dark chocolate baking bar (adds 50 cals/1P/5F/8C) —optional: vanilla extract deepens chocolate flavor . 👩🏼‍🍳Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 3. Mix your wet ingredients into the brownie mix. 4. Optional: CHOP UP the chocolate square (don’t use chips bc they won’t melt) and mix the chunks into the batter 5. Spray a small oven-safe (glass) baking dish & add your brownie batter. Bake for ~30 minutes in the oven. . Also… the Oreo toppings LOOK cool & I thought they’d go super well… but they started to get soggy so I picked them all off and ate them and the brownie separately 🤷🏼‍♀️ . Also also… yes you could just triple the recipe and bake the brownies like normal in a pan 🤷🏼‍♀️ it’s just more satisfying to me to be able to eat the “whole” dish 😂 . . . #healthybaking #healthybrownies #sugarfreebrownies #singleserving #singleservingdessert #iifymrecipes #highcarb #highcarblowfat #ifitfitsyourmacros #flexibledietingrecipes #flexibledieter #flexibledietinglifestyle #macrocap #brownies #brownierecipe #fitfoodiefinds #instarecipe
