Creamy Alfredo Mushroom spag squash Ingredients

  • 200g cooked Spaghetti Squash

  • 1 pack pasta zero spaghetti

  • 50g onions

  • 2 oz mushrooms

  • 85g spinach

  • 85g frozen chicken breast

  • 2 laughing cow light Swiss cheeses

  • 15g Mozzarella

  • Buffalo Cauliflower Pasta
  • 110g spaghetti squash

  • 1 pack pasta zero

  • 85g frozen cauliflower

  • 28g FF cream cheese

  • 30g FF mozzarella

  • Frank’s Red-hot buffalo sauce and Frank’s red-hot buffalo ranch seasoning

  • Spaghetti squash Marinara
  • 250g of cooked spaghetti squash

  • Spaghetti sauce of your choice

  • Low fat Parmesan

  • Cajun Spaghetti Squash Pasta
  • 200g cooked spaghetti squash

  • 1 pack pasta zero spaghetti

  • 30g onions

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 85g spinach

  • 85g frozen chicken breast

  • Cajun Sauce
  • 25g nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 15g FF mozzarella

  • 1 laughing cow light Swiss Cheese

  • 2 hidden valley ranch mix

  • Cajun seasoning (i use Bon Caca)

Creamy alfredo Mushroom Directions

  • Prep pasta zero according to the package
  • Sautéed onions and mushrooms, add pasta zero
  • After a few minutes add your spaghetti squash, spinach, chicken and all the cheesy ingredients
  • Season with garlic, salt and pepper
  • Buffalo Cauliflower Pasta
  • Prep pasta zero according to packaging
  • Sautéed pasta zero in a pan for a few minuted before adding spaghetti squash and the rest of ingredients
  • Spaghetti squash Marinara
  • Place spaghetti squash in a bowl
  • top with sauce and low fat Parmesan
  • Cajun Spaghetti Squash
  • Prep pasta zero according to package
  • Sautéed onion and bell pepper, add your pasta zero
  • After a few minuted add your spaghetti squash, spinach, chicken
  • Prep the cause on the side, then add cheese ingredients
