🍝 SPAGHETTI SQUASH 4 WAYS🍝 . Not gonna lie, I thought I would hate spaghetti squash. But geez I’m not even trying to lose weight anymore & I actually WANT to eat spaghetti squash all the time. . ➡️Swipe to see the macros for each dish!➡️ . 1. Creamy Alfredo Mushroom Spaghetti Squash 🍄 This is an adaptation from @laurenfitfoodie ’s pasta for days recipe. Check out the original on her page! Ingredients: -200g COOKED spaghetti squash -1 pack pasta zero spaghetti -50g onions -2oz mushrooms -85g spinach -85g frozen chicken breast -2 laughing cow light Swiss cheeses -15g FF mozzarella . Instructions: 1. Prep pasta zero according to package instructions 2. Sautée onion & mushrooms, add your pasta zero. 3. After a few minutes add your spaghetti squash, spinach, chicken & all the cheesy ingredients. 4. Season with garlic/S&P . 2. BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER PASTA Ingredients: -110g spaghetti squash (oops this is just what I had left lol) -1 pack pasta zero spaghetti -85g frozen cauliflower -28g FF cream cheese -30g FF mozzarella -Frank’s Red-hot buffalo sauce -Frank’s red-hot buffalo ranch seasoning . Instructions: 1. Prep pasta zero according to package instructions 2. Sautée pasta zero in pan for a few minutes before adding spaghetti squash & the rest of your ingredients. . 3. SPAGHETTI SQUASH MARINARA 🍝 Instructions: 1. Place 250g of spaghetti squash in a bowl 2. Top with spaghetti sauce 3. Sprinkle low fat parmesan on before serving. . 4. CAJUN SPAGHETTI SQUASH PASTA 🌶This is an adaptation from @tabitha_lolley ’s cajun pasta. Check out the original on her page! Ingredients: -200g COOKED spaghetti squash -1 pack pasta zero spaghetti -30g onions -1 bell pepper (mine weighed 110g) -85g spinach -85g frozen chicken breast Sauce: -25g nonfat greek yogurt -15g FF mozzarella -1 laughing cow light Swiss cheese -2g hidden valley ranch mix -cajun seasoning (I always use Bon Caca) Instructions: 1. Prep pasta zero according to package instructions 2. Sautée onion & bell pepper, add your pasta zero. 3. After a few minutes add your spaghetti squash, spinach, chicken 4. Prep the sauce on the side & then add (tip: microwave cheeses before adding other ingredients)
