Holy Mother of Red Velvet I had one of those 💡 moments of “what about mixing cream cheese INTO red velvet, not just stuffing it”
I did research. Nothing i found on the internet told me if it would actually work. I tried it anyways COMPLETELY WINGED IT😱
The results, speak for themselves. Tastes like red velvet and cream cheese but in a DENSE, fudge brownie that doesn’t break your macro bank!!

kcalIngredients
155g @pamcakespancakes Red Velvet Pancake Mix
20g chocolate casein protein powder ( i cannot guarantee the same results with another protein)
2g baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp red velvet emulsion (since pancake mix is red velvet, if you dont have this it should be fine)
1 container Fat Free Cream Cheese
2 eggs
20g coconut oil (melted)
10g baking stevia
30-50ml of skinny syrup or sweetener of choice
28g white chocolate chips
Directions
- Set out your cream cheese/eggs and let them come to room temp. This is important or else the cream cheese will be to hard to mix
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cream together the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, red velvet emulsion and coconut oil
- Ass your pancake mix and protein powder- mix well
- I added my sweetness here since i used skinny syrup it helped to add to the liquid. If you dont use liquid sweetener, you night need to use a touch of almond milk
- Olace in a parchment lined 8×8 pan and sprinkle the white chocolate chips on top
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
Notes
- DONT!!! Sub coconut oil or eggs out! You need the fat to make the brownies dense and delicious.
