Blueberry Lemon Cauliflower Oats

๐Ÿ‹๐—•๐—น๐˜‚๐—ฒ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฟ๐˜† ๐—Ÿ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—–๐—ฎ๐˜‚๐—น๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—น๐—ผ๐˜„๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ข๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜€๐Ÿ’™โฃ โฃ I made this bowl of cauli oats awhile back, but Iโ€™m itching to make it again because this flavor combo rocked! If you donโ€™t want it to be blueberry flavored then change up the peanut butter powder the recipe calls for and use different toppings! The base recipe for cauli oats stays the same ๐Ÿ˜‹โฃ โฃ I never wouldโ€™ve started adding cauliflower to my oats without @lex1fit convincing me! Thanks girl, this has literally changed prep for me ๐Ÿ’™ She is OAT INSPO you guys!! โฃ โฃ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜€ ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฒ: 296 cals (24.5P/3.5F/40.6C)โฃ โฃ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜€ ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐˜„๐—น ๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ 430 cals (30P/12.1F/48.3C) โฃ โฃ ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:โฃ โ€”40g oats (any kind works)โฃ โ€”120g frozen cauliflower rice (Iโ€™ve used anywhere from 85g-160g so far)โฃ โ€”200g water (I always eyeball it, you need just enough water to cover everything!)โฃ โ€”ย @skinnymixesย skinny syrup to taste 40-60g (any flavor, but I love cookie dough right now!)โฃ โ€” cake batter extract ๐ŸŽ‚ (a dash) โฃ โ€”110g egg whites OR MORE (this day I did 130g so the macros are for that, I like it best with ~200g)โฃ โ€”12g @flavoredpbco Blueberry cobbler peanut butter powder (๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ ๐—ž๐—”๐—ฅ๐—ข๐—Ÿ saves you 10% and supports my friend @flexibledieting4lyfe )โฃ โฃ ๐—ง๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด๐˜€:โฃ โ€”frozen/fresh bloobs (30g here) โฃ โ€”20+g squeeze the day lemon almond butter from @official_allamericanbutterย ๐——๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ป๐˜ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ: ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐˜†๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐˜โฃ โ€”Walden Farms Pancake Syrup if you want โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ’›๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:โฃ 1. Microwave your frozen cauliflower 60-90 seconds until warmโฃ 2. Place oats in a small pot with cauliflower, 40-60g skinny syrups, cake batter extract, and just enough water to cover the oats (~200g)โฃ 3. Using a whisk, heat on the stovetop, stirring continuously until the oats have thickenedโฃ 4. Add your egg whitesโฃ 5. Stir continuously to avoid clumps & cook until thickened again.โฃ 6. Remove from heat & stir in the blueberry cobbler peanut butter powder โฃ 7. Place in another bowl & add your toppings ๐Ÿ˜‹โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ’™๐—ง๐—ถ๐—ฝ๐˜€:โฃ โ€”Just want to make regular cauliflower oats?
