If you donโt want it to be blueberry flavored then change up the peanut butter powder the recipe calls for and use different toppings! The base recipe for cauli oats stays the same ๐โฃ โฃ I never wouldโve started adding cauliflower to my oats without @lex1fit convincing me! Thanks girl, this has literally changed prep for me ๐ She is OAT INSPO you guys!! โฃ โฃ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ: 296 cals (24.5P/3.5F/40.6C)โฃ โฃ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐น ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ 430 cals (30P/12.1F/48.3C) โฃ โฃ ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:โฃ โ40g oats (any kind works)โฃ โ120g frozen cauliflower rice (Iโve used anywhere from 85g-160g so far)โฃ โ200g water (I always eyeball it, you need just enough water to cover everything!)โฃ โย @skinnymixesย skinny syrup to taste 40-60g (any flavor, but I love cookie dough right now!)โฃ โ cake batter extract ๐ (a dash) โฃ โ110g egg whites OR MORE (this day I did 130g so the macros are for that, I like it best with ~200g)โฃ โ12g @flavoredpbco Blueberry cobbler peanut butter powder (๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ saves you 10% and supports my friend @flexibledieting4lyfe )โฃ โฃ ๐ง๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐:โฃ โfrozen/fresh bloobs (30g here) โฃ โ20+g squeeze the day lemon almond butter from @official_allamericanbutterย ๐๐ถ๐๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฒ: ๐ฒ๐บ๐๐ผ๐ด๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐โฃ โWalden Farms Pancake Syrup if you want โฃ โฃ ๐๐๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐:โฃ 1. Microwave your frozen cauliflower 60-90 seconds until warmโฃ 2. Place oats in a small pot with cauliflower, 40-60g skinny syrups, cake batter extract, and just enough water to cover the oats (~200g)โฃ 3. Using a whisk, heat on the stovetop, stirring continuously until the oats have thickenedโฃ 4. Add your egg whitesโฃ 5. Stir continuously to avoid clumps & cook until thickened again.โฃ 6. Remove from heat & stir in the blueberry cobbler peanut butter powder โฃ 7. Place in another bowl & add your toppings ๐โฃ โฃ ๐๐ง๐ถ๐ฝ๐:โฃ โJust want to make regular cauliflower oats?
