I made this bowl of Cauli oats a while back cotton but I’m itching to make it again because it’s flavor combo rocked! If you don’t want it to be blueberry flavored then change of the peanut butter powder the recipe calls for and use different toppings! The best recipe for a cauli oats stays the same.

40g oats (any kind work)
120g frozen cauliflower rice
200g water
40-60g skinny syrup of choice
A dash of cake batter extract
110g egg whites OR MORE if you want, i normally do about 200g
12g @flavoredpbco Blueberry cobbler peanut butter powder

Frozen/fresh fruit 30g
20g squeeze the day lemon almond butter from @americandreamnutbutter
Directions
- Microwave your frozen cauliflower for 60 to 90 seconds until warm
- Please let oats in a small pot with cauliflower, 40 to 60 g skinny syrup, cake batter extract and just enough water to cover the oats
