๐Ÿ•๐—•๐˜‚๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ผ ๐—–๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐—ป ๐—ฃ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ฎ ๐—ฃ๐—ถ๐˜‡๐˜‡๐—ฎ๐˜€๐Ÿ•โฃ โฃ If you watch my stories on Fridays you know all about #fridaynightpizzagang where a whole group of us here from the foodie community make & eat macro friendly pizza EVERY FRIDAY! ๐Ÿ•๐ŸŽ‰โฃ โฃ With prep macros being SUPER low, I havenโ€™t had the carbs to do my usual macro-friendly pizza crust, so I made these two little pita pizzas instead! โฃ โฃ Splitting the pitas in half is a volume HACK if you didnโ€™t know ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ. It takes two times the amount of bites to eat them both & two pizzas is always better than one ๐Ÿ˜‰โฃ โฃ Moral of the story: find a way to make your cravings fit the macros you have rather than ignoring them & feeling grumpy about it! So heck if it has to be a carb free pizza omelette, make it work! ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธโฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ”ธ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜€: 248 cals (28.6P/5.9F/12C)โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ”ธ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€ :โฃ โ€”1 Josephโ€™s Pita, split lengthwiseโฃ โ€”40g Pizza Sauceโฃ โ€”Buffalo Sauceโฃ โ€”85g pre-cooked, frozen chicken breast chunks (I use Kroger brand)โฃ โ€”15g fat free Mozzarella Cheese**โฃ โ€”15g low fat Mozzarella Cheese**โฃ โฃ **Use whichever you prefer. Having a blend of both just fit better into my macros! โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:โฃ 1. Preheat the oven to 450โฃ 2. Place the split pita on a baking sheet in the oven to crisp up for 2-3 minutes MAXโฃ 3. Microwave your frozen chicken 60-90 seconds until warmโฃ 4. Cover chicken with buffalo sauce, stirโฃ 5. Remove pitas from the oven & top with pizza sauce, buffalo chicken, cheese, & then a light drizzle of extra buffalo sauce if you want to kick things up an extra notchโฃ 6. Place back in the oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has meltedโฃ 7. Et voila! Super low carb pizza. โฃ โฃ I have two other versions of pita pizzas already on my blog!
