What is better than one pizza? TWO!! And for the low low macro cost of 310 calories ⁉️ Especially when its topped with BACON, chicken, BBQ sauce, onions and CHEESE😱

Low Carb Mini BBQ Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 1 Joseph’s Pits, split in half

  • 30g sweet onion

  • 1 slice turkey bacon

  • 26g low fat mozzarella cheese

  • 85g pre-cooked chicken breast

  • 60g G. Hughes sweet and spicy BBQ sauce

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450
  • Cook your bacon in one pan and sauté the sweet onion in another
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place your pita halves on top
  • Measure out your BBQ sauce and use half in place of pizza sauce, spreading it out evenly on the pita bread halves. Use the other half to coat your chicken
  • Assemble the pizza by putting the BBQ chicken on the pita, then the sautéed onion, crumbled up turkey bacon and then the mozzarella cheese
  • Place in the oven until the edges of the pita start to brown and the cheese melts, about 10 minutes
  • Enjoy while its hot!
