😍EVERYTHING BBQ BOWL😍 . Probably the most “bro” meal I’ve ever made. 🤔But its so so so so delicious and I LOVE how many flavors there are in it. 🤤 The combo of tomatoes and bbq sauce is truly a match made in heaven!! And its such a flexible meal! You can add or take away whatever veggies you want. 💁🏼‍♀️Here in the picture its made with 96/4 beef, but I’ve also done grilled chicken! Lately I’ve been cutting out the normal rice & adding extra cauliflower rice and if I’m feeling EXTRA lazy I’ll just use all frozen veggies & cook it all in the microwave. 🤣🤣 . ❗️Macros for the bowl pictured: 385 cals 34.5P 5F 48C . ❗️Ingredients -100g onion -2oz diced mushrooms -100g bell pepper -100g zucchini -85g broccoli (I use frozen) -85g frozen cauliflower rice -4 oz 96/4 beef -31g G Hughes Sugar Free BBQ sauce -.5 cup (121g) Fire roasted diced tomatoes -60g rice . 👩🏼‍🍳Directions: 1. Cook your ground beef in half of your BBQ sauce, set aside 2. Add your onions & mushrooms to the pan first, then your zucchini & bell pepper & sauté. Microwave your frozen veggies if you’re feeling impatient like me, or just add them to the pan when the other veggies are mostly cooked. 3. Add your beef, remaining BBQ sauce, diced tomatoes, & rice. Cook for an extra few minutes to let the flavors mix and all that jazz 4. Recommended extra spices: Chili powder & garlic. 🌶🌶🌶 5.
