Bacon, Mushroom, Swiss & Caramelized Onion Crunch Wrap Burger

Make it, tag me, thank me later.

Seriously though, I never get burger cravings anymore because I just whip up these crunch wrap burgers!

I use CutDaCarb wraps, but you could try using a GIANT tortilla or another type of low carb wrap to make this!

Honestly, I never get cravings for โ€œrealโ€ burgers anymoreโ€ฆ because I just make crunch wrap burgers like these ๐Ÿ˜‚โฃ โฃ Did you know that the real bacon bits I found at the store actually had LESS fat than the turkey bacon bits?? Lesson learned: Always check the labels & donโ€™t assume things are โ€œhealthierโ€ by their name ๐Ÿ˜‚โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ”บ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜€ (343cals/38.9P/10F/21.8C)โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ”บ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€ โฃ โ€”1 @cutdacarb wrap (the code 10off24 will save you!)โฃ โ€”1 laughing cow lite Swiss cheeses โฃ โ€” 4oz 96/4 ground beef (weighed raw!)โฃ โ€” everything but the bagel seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, saltโฃ โ€” Real Bacon Bits (I used Kroger brand)โฃ โ€”40g sweet onion, dicedโฃ โ€”2.5oz sliced mushrooms (you can do more or less, but you do need to be able to close the wrap lol) โฃ โ€”14g reduced fat shredded mozzarellaโฃ โฃ OPTIMAL SIDE DISH: Air fried potatoes ๐Ÿฅ” (400 for 12-15) โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:โฃ 1. Caramelize your onions by sautรฉing in a small pan. Anytime they start to burn add water. I show this in my Refeed Day Youtube if you need a visual. โฃ 2. Start cooking your mushrooms in another sprayed pan โฃ 3. Season your raw beef with the seasonings listed above, form a patty, then place on a sprayed hot pan.โฃ 4. SQUISH the patty with a spatula so that it flattens out a bit more (not paper thin, just flatter) โฃ 5. Let cook, flipping once. โฃ 6. Assemble the crunch wrap by spreading the cheese out in a small circle, then topping with the bacon bits, onions, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, then finally placing the burger patty on top of that. โฃ 7. Wrap up, then spray & sear both sides until brown on a hot pan. (Or air fry!) โฃ โฃ ๐—ก๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—Ÿ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ ๐—™๐—ฎ๐˜?โฃ I replaced the low fat mozzarella with fat free & fried up some deli sliced ham in a pan to replace the bacon the other night! I might even like this version moreโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ˜ฑ
