Air Fried Tilapia

You guys know by now I’m not on any sort of “meal plan” or strict diet that forces me to eat chicken/broccoli/fish/sweet potatoes every day…

Which is why you should know if I’m CHOOSING to eat Tilapia it’s because it’s THAT GOOD!

Cooking it in the air fryer is a game changer, it really reminds me of seafood from Pappadeaux (which is my usual go-to restaurant for really tasty seafood)

If any of you guys out there reading this ARE on a strict diet/meal plan, then I hope this recipe makes a big difference for you!

🐟𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗮 🐟⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I need to make it clear that no one is forcing me to eat Tilapia. I’m not on a meal plan, there are no restrictions on my food, nada. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ BUT THIS TILAPIA IS SERIOUSLY THE BOMB.COM 💣 ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It reminds me of Pappadeaux seafood & the secret is cooking it in the air fryer! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ You can absolutely season it however you want, but I threw this combo together & it was fire 🔥 ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I’ve only ever done this with Fresh Tilapia & the macros are literally just the fish so 21-27g protein & 2-3g of fat depending on how big the filet is. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🐟𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: ⁣⁣ 1/2 tsp each of these:⁣⁣ —Onion powder ⁣⁣ —Garlic ⁣⁣ —Ranch seasoning ⁣⁣ —Thyme leaves⁣⁣ —a dash of Cayenne ⁣⁣ —a dash of Paprika ⁣⁣ —And a pinch of Salt ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🐟𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: ⁣⁣ 1. Spray fish with spray oil⁣⁣ 2. Coat both sides with seasoning ⁣⁣ 3. Cook in the air fryer at 360 degrees for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Serve with a side of thin sliced air fried potatoes topped with @kernelseasons (400 ~15 mins) & some veggies! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ If anyone following me out there IS on a meal plan… then I hope you love this!! Even “bro” foods can be made yummy when cooked & seasoned the right way! 😋⁣⁣
