You guys know by now I’m not on any sort of “meal plan” or strict diet that forces me to eat chicken/broccoli/fish/sweet potatoes every day…
Which is why you should know if I’m CHOOSING to eat Tilapia it’s because it’s THAT GOOD!
Cooking it in the air fryer is a game changer, it really reminds me of seafood from Pappadeaux (which is my usual go-to restaurant for really tasty seafood)

Air Fried Tilapia

Seasonings 1/2 tsp of each of these
Onion
Garlic
Ranch Seasoning
Thyme leaves
Cayenne
Paprika
Salt
Directions
- Spray the fish with spray oil
- Coat both sides with seasoning
- Cook in the air fryer at 360° for 12 to 14 minutes flipping halfway through
- Served with a side of potatoes and some veggies
