๐Ÿž๐— ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ ๐—–๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜๐—ผ ๐—–๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ต ๐—ช๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฝ ๐Ÿžโฃ โฃ This is one of my all time FAVORITE crunch wrap recipes Iโ€™ve ever created! I made this recipe back in July, but it deserves an update because itโ€™s just that good! Good news is the new version has even lower macros than the original ๐Ÿ˜‰ โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ”บ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜€ (282cals/27.2P/4.5F/33.6C)โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ”บ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€โฃ โ€”1 @cutdacarb wrap โฃ โ€”1.5 slices of bread (I used Natureโ€™s Own 40 cal)โฃ โ€”1 oz milk (macros listed are for skim, you can use almond or whatever) โฃ โ€”30g egg whitesโฃ โ€”1 laughing cow lite Swiss cheeses โฃ โ€” 80g Black Forest ham (or however much you want)โฃ โ€” 30g+Walden Farms Sugar Free Pancake Syrupโฃ โ€”cinnamonโฃ โ€” optional: Swerve powdered sugar for dusting โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:โฃ 1. Combine milk, egg whites, pancake syrup, and cinnamon in a bowlโฃ 2. Cut your bread up into squares & let soak for a few minutes in the liquid milk/egg white mixtureโฃ 3. On a lightly sprayed pan, fry up your French toast bread until itโ€™s browned on both sidesโฃ 4. Lay your @cutdacarb wrap outโฃ 5. Spread out one laughing cow lite Swiss cheese in a circle in the middle. Keep it pretty narrow so you can fold everything in.โฃ 6. Place your ham in the middle of the wrap on top of the cheese. Top with the French toast & drizzle some extra pancake syrup hereโฃ 7. Fold the ends in to wrap it up, then spray โฃ 8. Spray with cooking spray, then either air fry or place seam side down on a HOT pan, flipping after a few minutes โฃ 9.
