This is one of my all-time favorite crunch wrap recipes I’ve ever created! I made this rap back in July, but it deserves an update because it’s just that good! Good news is the new version has a lower macros the new original
Monte Cristo Crunch Wrap

1 @cutdacarb wrap
1.5 slices of bread (i used natures own 40 cal)
1oz milk (macros are for skim, you can. Use almond or whatever)
30g egg whites
1 laughing cow lite Swiss cheese
80g Black Forest ham (or how ever much you want)
30g+ Walden farms sugar free pancake syrup
Cinnamon
Optional: swerve powdered sugar for dusting
Directions
- Combined milk, egg whites, pancake syrup and cinnamon in a bowl
- Cut your bread up into squares and let’s soak for a few minutes in the liquid milk/egg white mixture
- Honey lightly sprayed pan, fry up your French toast bread until it’s browned on both sides
- Lay your wrap out
- Spread out one laughing cow light swish cheese in a circle in the middle. Keep it pretty narrow so you can fold everything in
- Place your ham in the middle of the wrap on top of the cheese. Top with French toast and drizzle with some extra pancake syrup here
- Fold the ends in to wrap it up, then spray
- Spray with cooking spray, then either air fry or place seem so down on a hot pan flipping after a few minutes
- That’s with powdered sugar, keep the syrup close by, and enjoy
