Ingredients

  • 200g cooked spaghetti squash

  • 1 container @miricalnoodle Angel Hair shirataki noodles (can be purchased online/amazon)

  • 3 oz shredded chicken breast (weighed raw)

  • .5 cup (1 serving) low fat cream of mushroom soup

  • 20g spinach

  • 3oz mushrooms

  • 20g low fat mozzarella cheese

  • 60g fat free cream cheese

  • 2oz fat free milk

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Prep your miracle noodles by rinsing them well then sautéing them in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes
  • Sauté your mushrooms in a separate the pan
  • In a large bowl, place your fat free cream cheese and microwave until it is spreadable
  • Combine the res of the ingredients in the bowl one at a time. Saving spinach and cheese
  • You might need to microwave the bowl to keep it warm enough to wilt spinach when added
  • Stir in the cheese and lace in a sprayed baking dish
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Top with extra cheese if your macros allow and let cool for a few minutes
