200g cooked spaghetti squash
1 container @miricalnoodle Angel Hair shirataki noodles (can be purchased online/amazon)
3 oz shredded chicken breast (weighed raw)
.5 cup (1 serving) low fat cream of mushroom soup
20g spinach
3oz mushrooms
20g low fat mozzarella cheese
60g fat free cream cheese
2oz fat free milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Prep your miracle noodles by rinsing them well then sautéing them in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes
- Sauté your mushrooms in a separate the pan
- In a large bowl, place your fat free cream cheese and microwave until it is spreadable
- Combine the res of the ingredients in the bowl one at a time. Saving spinach and cheese
- You might need to microwave the bowl to keep it warm enough to wilt spinach when added
- Stir in the cheese and lace in a sprayed baking dish
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Top with extra cheese if your macros allow and let cool for a few minutes
