Inspo for this recipe came from @laurenfitfoodie who has a meal prep casserole that inspired me to add shirataki noodles to this! This is a ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ recipe.โฃ โฃ ๐ธ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ผ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ต : 370 cals (40.8P/8.8F/39.9C)โฃ โฃ ๐ธ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:โฃ โ200g cooked spaghetti squashโฃ โ1 container @miraclenoodle Angel Hair shirataki noodles (can be purchased online/Amazon)โฃ โ3 oz shredded chicken breast (weighed raw)โฃ โ.5 cup (1 serving) low fat cream of mushroom soupโฃ โ20g spinachโฃ โ3oz mushroomsโฃ โ20g low fat mozzarella cheeseโฃ โ60g fat free cream cheeseโฃ โ2oz fat free milk โฃ โฃ ๐ฉ๐ผโ๐ณ๐๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐:โฃ 1. Preheat oven to 400 degreesโฃ 3. Prep your shirataki noodles by rinsing them well, then sauteing them in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes. โฃ 4. Sautรฉ your mushrooms in a separate panโฃ 5. In a large bowl, place your fat free cream cheese & microwave until it is a spreadable consistency โฃ 6. Combine the rest of the ingredients in the bowl one at a time, saving the spinach and cheese. โฃ 7. You might need to microwave the bowl again to get the contents warm enough to slightly wilt the spinach as you stir them in. โฃ 8. Finally stir in the cheese & place in a sprayed baking dish. โฃ 9. Bake for 15 minutes ๐ โฃ 10. Top with extra cheese if your macros allow & let cool for a few minutes so you donโt burn your tongue!โฃ โฃ *in the picture I also added one serving of artichokeโฆ but the amount was so pathetic I left it out of the recipe because it didnโt really add anything to the dish. โฃ โฃ ๐ฆ๐๐ฏ๐๐๐ถ๐๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐: โฃ โcanโt find milk? Add some greek yogurt. โฃ โcanโt find a specific cheese? Sub out with a different cheese! โฃ โcanโt find chicken?
