🍫𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲🍫 . Added MORE protein & used a chocolate cake mix with my protein fudge recipe I posted last week. Truthfully, the birthday cake ones have my heart, but there are so many of you chocolate lovers, I’m posting this one for you!❣️ . 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 1/9 of pan: 140 cals 11P/3F/24C . ❤️𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: —.5 package (~250g) Pillsbury Sugar Free Devil’s Food Cake Mix —120g chocolate CASEIN protein powder (WARNING: If you do not use casein, you will need MUCH less almond milk because casein is super absorbent!) —Cake Batter Extract (a generous drizzle) —28g/2 Tbsp Light Canola Butter —250mL almond milk —30-50mL of skinny syrup to sweeten (or another sweetener) . ❤️𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: 1. Pour your plain cake mix into a microwave safe bowl & microwave for 1.5 minutes stirring every 15 seconds. Let cool completely. This will kill any bacteria still potentially living in the flour. 2. Add your protein powder 3. Then add your wet ingredients (melted butter, cake batter extract, skinny syrup/sweetener, almond milk) I started with 200ml of almond milk and then slowly added more until it was all combined, but still very thick. Start with less if you aren’t using a casein protein 4. YOU WILL STRUGGLE TO MIX THIS. Resist the urge to add more almond milk unless absolutely necessary. Use those muscles. 5. Line an 8×8 pan with wax paper & press batter into the pan & smooth it out. 6. Place in the fridge overnight or the freezer for an hour or two. . . . #chocolateprotein #proteincookiedough #proteincake #healthylifestyle #healthyeating #fiteats #healthyfood #iifymrecipes  #foodie #fitnessfoods #flexibledieting #macrofriendly #iifym #caloriecounting #proteintreats #fitnessjourney #dietfood #weightlosssupport #fitnessfoodie #proteinpacked #healthyfoodporn #healthyrecipeshare #gymdiet #fitfam
