.5 Package Pillsbury Sugar Free Devils Food Cake Mix
120g chocolate CASEIN protein powder – if you dont use casein you will need less milk because it wont be as absorbent
Generous drizzle, Cake batter Extract
2 tbsp light canola butter
250ml almond milk
30-50ml skinny syrup or sweetener
Directions
- Pour your plain cake mix into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1.5 minutes stirring every 15 seconds. Let cool completely , this will kill any bad tires potentially living in the flour
- Add Protein powder
- Add wet ingredients, i started with 200ml almond milk and added more along the way. As you combine it will be thick
- Line 8×8 pan with wax paper and press batter into the pan and smooth it out
- Place in fridge over night or in the freezer for an hour or two
