Ingredients

  • .5 Package Pillsbury Sugar Free Devils Food Cake Mix

  • 120g chocolate CASEIN protein powder – if you dont use casein you will need less milk because it wont be as absorbent

  • Generous drizzle, Cake batter Extract

  • 2 tbsp light canola butter

  • 250ml almond milk

  • 30-50ml skinny syrup or sweetener

Directions

  • Pour your plain cake mix into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1.5 minutes stirring every 15 seconds. Let cool completely , this will kill any bad tires potentially living in the flour
  • Add Protein powder
  • Add wet ingredients, i started with 200ml almond milk and added more along the way. As you combine it will be thick
  • Line 8×8 pan with wax paper and press batter into the pan and smooth it out
  • Place in fridge over night or in the freezer for an hour or two
