Smoothie Dessert Bowl

Not re-inventing the wheel with this one guys!

The combo of banana + blueberry + peanut butter is a TIMELESS smoothie classic!

The secret to making a good smoothie?

FROZEN FRUIT.

If you use ice you’ll water it down.

So next time you’ve got some brown bananas lying on the counter & you’re wondering what to do with them–peel them, break them in half & freeze them!

I prefer to put them in a freezer bowl so that way I can eat the smoothie with a spoon instead of a straw. Physically eating your calories ups the satiety & satisfaction you get–because otherwise I would drink a smoothie in two seconds.

Add a little cereal or granola on top for some crunch and it’s PERFECTION!
