BBQ Ham & Swiss Crunch Wrap

I make it multiple times a week now & the base recipe is so versatile! Sometimes Iโ€™ll even opt for raspberry jam instead of BBQ sauce & throw in some extra cheese. I served this wrap with a side of sweet potatoes cut into fries, tossed with cinnamon, air fried at 400 for ~20 minutes, plus some broccoli ๐Ÿ˜‹ . ๐Ÿ”ธ๐—–๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ต ๐—ช๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฝ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜€: 256 cals (28.7P/6.6F/23.4C) . ๐Ÿ”ธ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€: -1 Josephโ€™s Lavash Wrap -1-2 laughing cow light Swiss cheese (macros are for 1) -80g Deli Sliced Ham -30g @ghughessugarfree BBQ sauce -50g Angel Hair Coleslaw (for crunch!) . ๐Ÿ”ธ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€: 1. Lay out your lavash & spread your laughing cow cheese out in the center of the wrap. 2. Place your ham in the middle 3. If youโ€™re using more than one cheese, I like to spread the second between a few layers of ham 4. Place your BBQ sauce between the last layers (so it doesnโ€™t bleed into the coleslaw) 5. Top with coleslaw 6. Fold the edges of the wrap in tightly until you have a tight burger shape 7. Spray with cooking spray, then place in the air fryer seam side down for 4-5 minutes on 400, flip it towards the end! 8. If you donโ€™t have an air fryer you could: Put it in the oven at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes (check in often) Place it on a heated pan seam side down until brown, then flip until both sides are crispy! . You can put anything you want into a crunch wrap! I love how versatile it is.
