Finally getting around to sharing this recipe with you guys! I make it multiple times a week now and the base recipe is so versatile! Sometimes I’ll even opt for raspberry jam instead of barbecue sauce and throw in some extra cheese. I served this wrap with a side of sweet potato cut into french fries with cinnamon air fried for 20 minutes at 400° plus some broccoli

1 Joseph’s Lavash Wrap
1-2 Laughing cow light Swiss cheese (macros for 1)
80g deli sliced ham
30g Ghughes Sugar Free BBQ sauce
50g angel hair coleslaw (for crunch)
Directions
- Lay out your lavash wrap and spread your laughing cow cheese out on the center of the wrap
- Place your ham in the middle
- If you are using more than one cheese I like to spread the second between a few layers of ham
- Place your barbecue sauce between the last layers so it doesn’t bleed into the coleslaw
- Top with coleslaw
- For the edges of the wrap in tightly until you have a tight burger shape
- Spray with cooking spray then place in the air fryer seem down for 4 to 5 minutes at 400° flip it towards the end
- If you don’t have an air fryer put it in the oven at 400° for 5 to 10 minutes check on it often.
Place it on the on a heated pan seam side down until brown then flip until both sides are crisp
