Peanut Butter Protein Cake Bars

I thought I was aiming for an oatmeal bar, but when the whole oat one seemed to be missing *something* I remade these the next day with oat flour and WOW. They are so cake like now! Swipe to see the 1st attempt! . ๐Ÿ”ธ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜€ for 1/9 of pan : 106 cals (7.4P/4.4F/10C) . ๐Ÿ”ธ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€: โ€”80g oat flour โ€”31g (1 scoop) @pescience peanut butter cookie protein โ€”1/2 tsp (2g) baking powder โ€”1/2 tsp (2g) baking soda โ€”1/2 tsp cinnamon โ€” pinch of salt โ€”100g egg whites โ€”60g peanut butter (I used @official_allamericanbutter Butter My Cup (Reeses) peanut butter) โ€”60g Walden Farmโ€™s Sugar Free pancake syrup โ€”28g Lilyโ€™s dark chocolate baking chips . ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€: 1. Preheat oven to 350 & line the bottom of your 9×9 pan with cut out parchment paper. 2. Mix the wet ingredients together & then add the dry. Mix. Add the chocolate chips last. 3. Spoon batter into prepared baking dish and smooth it out 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. 5. Let cool, then slice into 9 (or however many you want) equal pieces. .
