I thought i was aiming for an oatmeal bar, but when the whole oat one seemed to be missing *something* i remade these the next day with oar flour and WOW!! They are so cake like now!!

80g oat flour
31g @pescience peanut butter cookie protein
1/2 tsp baking pwoder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
100g egg whites
60g peanut butter
60g Walden Farms Sugar free pancake syrup
28g Lily’s dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 and line the bottom of yout 9×9 pan with cut out parchment paper
- Mix wet and dry together separately and then add dry into wet
- Spoon the batter into prepped baking dish and smooth it out
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean
- Let cool and the slice in 9 equal pieces
