Peanut Butter Protein Cake Bars

I thought i was aiming for an oatmeal bar, but when the whole oat one seemed to be missing *something* i remade these the next day with oar flour and WOW!! They are so cake like now!!

Ingredients

  • 80g oat flour

  • 31g @pescience peanut butter cookie protein

  • 1/2 tsp baking pwoder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 100g egg whites

  • 60g peanut butter

  • 60g Walden Farms Sugar free pancake syrup

  • 28g Lily’s dark chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 and line the bottom of yout 9×9 pan with cut out parchment paper
  • Mix wet and dry together separately and then add dry into wet
  • Spoon the batter into prepped baking dish and smooth it out
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean
  • Let cool and the slice in 9 equal pieces
